I make my own chocolate fondant using FondX, Bakels/Pettinice. The recipe can be found on Jennifer Dontz’s dvd. I also use Satin Ice Dark Chocolate and Fondariffic as well.

I take my time to cover my cakes and work with a lot of  natural lighting to spot imperfections.

I created my first cake on March 2009.

Can you give me tips on how to decorate?
Here is a compilation of tutorials I have found: www.artandappetite.com/tutorials

Can I copy your layout?
Unfortunately, I have a custom layout done by a very talented designer. It is protected by copyright and so you are unable to copy it.

Can I use your photos?
Most of the time, yes. As long as you don’t claim them as yours, that would be fine. If you are interested in using some of the photos for other publications, please contact me.
